Final Sale / No Return Policy
All sales of trading cards, including Pokémon cards, are final.
Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sealed products (booster packs, boxes, tins, etc.)
- Single cards
- Graded cards
- Bundles or mystery packs
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect and package all orders. However, if you receive:
- The wrong item, or
- An item that was damaged during shipping
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
